Create a task in calendar. A window for the event will pop up.
At The Bottom, Tap Settings.
On the left, under general , click notification settings.
Tap The + Button In The Bottom Right Corner Of The App.

Enter a title for the reminder.
To Create A Reminder, Start By Entering Into The Google Calendar App.
To set reminders on the google calendar app, tap on the plus + floating action button at the bottom right corner.
Open Google Calendar On Your Desktop Or Laptop Computer.
